LETTERS TO THE EDITOR

To The Editor;
Stockwell Day is a religious man, at least that's what he claims.
It's my understanding that Christians are not generally encouraged to tell lies. From what I have seen and read I would assume Christians are required, as a component of their religious observance, to tell the truth and not falsely accuse others in malicious attempts to smear their reputation or for the promotion of war.
At the same time, I suspect that there are those who could quote scripture to make any form of deceitful or despicable behaviour acceptable - I have seen it before.
Stockwell Day told some terrible lies about Maher Arar. I think it's a convenient coincidence that Mr. Arar now lives within a stones throw of Mr. Day's home riding. It should be quite easy for Mr. Day to make the effort to apologize to Mr. Arar in person.
Mr. Day has also been lying about Osama Bin Laden and the Taliban, and though Mr. Day must reconcile his statements with his own religion, I don't think public apologies are really necessary in this matter. With the exception, of course, of the apology Mr. Day owes the Canadian people.
Mr. Day has claimed the Taliban were responsible for opium cultivation and subsequent heroin production, his statement is patently false. The Taliban virtually eradicated opium production.
Mr. Day and his neo-conservative cohorts regularly claim that Bin Laden has issued specific threats toward Canada.
These claims are based on an audiotape that has been independently determined to be a fraud and accepted by the CIA as such. Mr. Day should know that his claim is based on fraudulent evidence.
Mr. Day has also claimed that the Taliban exported terror, inferring a connection between the Taliban and 9/11.
It is interesting that Osama Bin Laden issued a statement a few days after 9/11, disavowing any connection between himself, Al Qaeda, or the Taliban and that particular attack. Furthermore, the Taliban offered up Bin Laden. The Americans refused the offer and instead attacked Afghanistan.
I have yet to hear anyone accuse Bin Laden of being a liar.
I believe his religion forbids it. Further information can be found at:www.thetyee.ca/Views/2006/10/03/Afghanistan

To The Editor;
BEWARE when Politicians hold covert secret meetings and muzzle the Media. One can suspect that they know the citizens won't accept their devious agenda in implementing a plan to control their lives. Just as Viva le Canada Organization exposed the illegal Census taking by the Canadian Government in 2006, they have recently uncovered the secret information about the formation of the North American Union (NAU).
We should be very greatful to Lawyer Connie Fogal, Leader of the Canada Action Party, for exposing this conspiracy.
Firstly, on March 23, 2005 the Media covered the visit of Prime Minister Paul Martin and President Vincente Fox of Mexico at the Ranch of President George Bush at what they called a 'Summit' for the SPP.
At the conclusion, they issued a press release announcing their signing of an agreement to form the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America. They strongly reject the idea that they are creating a European-like structure as being Region 2 of the One World Government.
The fact is that the original plan included the 134 countries from the North Pole to the South Pole. After several meetings South America refused to be included in the treasonous plot, choosing to be independent to control their own economy and natural resources.
On March 31, 2006, the new Prime Minister, Stephen Harper met in Cancun, Mexico with Fox and Bush to celebrate what they called the first anniversary of the SPP. Their use of the word 'dialogue' is a carefully selected euphemism designed to make the SPP appear to be an innocent discussion among mere friends. To admit to anything more would force the Governments to provide Constitutional justification for it's actions in all three Countries.
Now, buried in the Bureaucratic structures of the U.S., Canada and Mexico there are twenty 'working groups' hard at work writing policy initiatives for the SPP covering a multitude of issues that will infringe on every aspect of our daily lives. Since the North American Free Trade Agreement was the precursor to the Security and Prosperity Partnership scheme, they work out of the NAFTA office of the Department of Commerce. A key part of the SPP plan is to expand the NAFTA tribunals into a North American Union system, removing the Borders.
This brief background will help us understand that there is no legal or legislative authorization for the establishment of the SPP. Geri Word, who heads the SPP office says the work has not been disclosed because "we did not want the contact people of the working groups distracted by calls from the public."
Secondly, we are thankful that Publisher Mel Hurtig has shared the information he received about a 'Secret Meeting' held on September 12 to 14, 2006 at the Banff Springs Hotel in Alberta. A group of past and present elected Federal Ministers and Deputy Ministers from Canada, USA and Mexico met with unelected Corporate, Military, Academic, Financial Industrialists and 'think tank' members to strategize the Unification of Canada, United States and Mexico.
The list of the names and positions plus the 3 day agenda reveals the who and what of those who conspired to continue the unconstitutional act of castrating three national entities by planning ways to remove the constitutional powers, protection and freedoms granted to the Citizens of Canada, the U.S. and Mexico, bringing us under slavery.
Watch for my next article with further details of this de facto government that is being established for the New World Order Money Masters. Jesus said, "Nothing will be hidden that will not be revealed and nothing secret that will not be made known."
It is our duty to share this information with everyone even the Media.
