SCHOOL CONTINUES TRADITION
The 55th annual Family Fair is planned for Thursday, April 27th starting at 1:00 PM at the PSS Gym.
The first Family Fair was held in 1951, and was hosted by the PTA to raise funds for equipment for schools. It has evolved to be an annual fundraiser for bursaries for each year's graduating class.
Help is still needed for this year's Family Fair and if you are interested in volunteering, contact Pam McKenzie at (250) 295-3321 or Monique Carlson at (250) 295-7537.
While spring cleaning you may find articles that you may wish to donate to the Fair. Organizers are looking for books, plants, white elephant items, jewellery, handicrafts, doll clothes and toys, preferably in good, clean condition. As well donations of bread, buns, home made candy and baking are needed.
Donations can be delivered to Princeton Secondary School until Wednesday, April 26th, or call Pam or Monique for pick up.
