POSSE SCORES HAT TRICK

According to Princeton Posse General Manager Blair Noel, there's a lot to be happy about concerning Princeton's community-owned Junior Hockey Club.

"The Posse is already making progress on next year's team," Noel announced last week.

"Head Coach Dale 'Duner' Hladun has recently re-signed for the 2006/07 season. Assistant Coaches Kevin Robillard and Peter McDonald will also be back with the team this year."

Anyone who has spent time in and around the coaching staff will agree that the 'Three Amigos' have a lot of chemistry between them and are responsible for much of the team's success in the past season.

"recruiting players is well underway and we hope to have ice in by mid-July and camps to start later in July," Noel says.

The KIJHL Club will be hosting a public meeting on Tuesday, June 6th at 7:00 PM in the Arena Mezzanine.

"We encourage everyone to attend as we are in desperate need of more volunteers."

There is no doubt the club deserves a great deal of credit being able to put games in Princeton Arena, often with a very small group of helpers contributing to game nights.

"It is our hope that enough people come to the meeting and step forward that we can fill some very key positions," says the team's General Manager.

"We are looking for people to be leaders of certain areas such as Programs, Advertising/Marketing, Game Nights, Fundraising and Ticket Sales."

If you have interest in any of these volunteer activities, you are invited to attend the public meeting.
