BANTAMS ENJOY WINNING STREAK
by Team Coach, Kevin Williams
It has been another busy two weekends for the high-flying Bantams. Losing only one game in their last four, they find themselves on a winning streak.
The team is starting to come together, although we do have some spots that need improving on defensively and offensively. All the players are getting points in their games while some just can't buy a goal although they have come close on several occasions.
Jared Fenrick in the last two games has lit up the scoreboard accumulating an impressive 9 goals. Bryce Markin, Colton Williams, Taylor Esselink, Keaton Ashley, Jonas Montgomery, and Justin Milligan have contributed the goals with several of their own.
Kiel Liberatore, Brandt Fenrick, and Cody Wharton have had several chances but just can not seem to find the back of the net although they have earned assists. Ian McKenzie, and Riley Nikic have helped out by assisting in some of the goals and helping their goalie Ryan Hearty to keep the Bantams winning.
All in all, it has been a great team effort and each of you should be congratulated on your efforts. Next week the Bantams travel to Oliver for their only game of the weekend. Keep up the great work.
